3 Fun Activities You Can Try Right Now:
- The Bubble Breath: Pretend you have a bubble wand. Take a deep breath in through your nose, then slowly blow out through your mouth like you’re making the biggest bubble ever! Try to make your breath slow and steady so the bubble doesn’t pop too soon.
- Magic Counting: Sit down somewhere quiet, close your eyes, and take five slow breaths. As you breathe in, count silently “1… 2… 3…” and as you breathe out, count backwards “3… 2… 1.” This helps your brain calm down and feel peaceful.
