But holding on to faith means believing in yourself, in good things, and that brighter days are coming—even when you can’t see them yet. I’ll share stories and ideas to help you keep hope alive and stay strong no matter what happens. Let’s learn how faith can be our superpower!
3 Activities to Help You Hold On to Faith:
- Faith Journal: Start a little journal where you write or draw one thing every day that you believe in or hope for. It can be big or small—like believing you can do your best in school or hoping for a fun weekend!
- Positive Affirmation Cards: Make three cards with positive sentences you can say to yourself when things get hard. For example: “I am brave,” “Good things are coming,” or “I can keep trying.” Carry them with you or put them somewhere you’ll see every day.
