Get ready for some fun tips and activities that will help you turn your anger into something positive!
3 Activities to Help You Manage Anger:
- Anger Thermometer: Think about how angry you feel on a scale from 1 to 10 (1 = a little angry, 10 = very angry). Draw your own anger thermometer and color the level where you are. This helps you know when to take a break and calm down.
- Calm-Down Moves: Try three slow deep breaths or stretch like a tall tree when you feel angry. Moving your body can help your feelings settle down quickly.
