Do You Need Someone to Talk to?

If you’re wanting to ask general questions, you can use the form below, use the chat box on this page, or send an email to shine@inspirationforkids.org.

However, being on this platform means that you are either a child, a teenager or a young person. Hopefully, you’re with an adult exploring Inspiration for Kids together.

But if you are needing support, guidance, need someone to talk to or tell about something, or need urgent/special help, please follow the following steps:

1. Can you contact a family member safely, and easily? If yes, please do that now.
2. If you cannot contact an adult family member, can you speak to someone in school? An adult is best. Reach out to a teacher or the principal when it is safe to do so. Do that immediately.
