Acceptance of Terms<\/h2>\n<p>By accessing, browsing, registering, or using <strong>InspirationforKids.org\/educators<\/strong> (the \u201cPlatform\u201d), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Membership Agreement (\u201cTerms\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.<\/p>\n<p>These Terms form a legally binding agreement between:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>You<\/strong> (the user, member, or visitor), and<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inspiration for Kids International<\/strong> and <strong>Teacher Emil Antoan<\/strong> (collectively referred to as \u201cthe Company,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cour,\u201d or \u201cus\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>2. Nature of the Platform<\/h2>\n<p>InspirationforKids.org\/educators is an educational platform that provides:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training materials<\/li>\n<li>Courses<\/li>\n<li>Workshops<\/li>\n<li>Digital resources<\/li>\n<li>Teaching tools<\/li>\n<li>Community features<\/li>\n<li>Downloadable and streaming content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Platform is intended for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educators<\/li>\n<li>Parents<\/li>\n<li>Caregivers<\/li>\n<li>Program leaders<\/li>\n<li>Individuals interested in children\u2019s education and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>3. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p>All content on the Platform, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Videos<\/li>\n<li>Courses<\/li>\n<li>Worksheets<\/li>\n<li>Books<\/li>\n<li>Audio<\/li>\n<li>Graphics<\/li>\n<li>Text<\/li>\n<li>Logos<\/li>\n<li>Designs<\/li>\n<li>Characters<\/li>\n<li>Teaching methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>is the intellectual property of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Inspiration for Kids International<\/strong><br \/>\nand\/or<br \/>\n<strong>Teacher Emil Antoan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>6.1 Limited License<\/h3>\n<p>Members are granted a <strong>non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access<\/li>\n<li>Download<\/li>\n<li>Use materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For personal, educational, or classroom use only.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You may NOT:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Resell materials<\/li>\n<li>Share with non-members<\/li>\n<li>Upload to other platforms<\/li>\n<li>Claim the content as your own<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>7.
