1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using InspirationforKids.org/educators (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Membership Agreement (“Terms”).

6.1 Limited License
Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

For personal, educational, or classroom use only.
You may NOT:
- Resell materials
- Share with non-members
- Upload to other platforms
- Claim the content as your own
7. User-Generated Content
If you submit:
- Comments
- Photos
- Videos
- Testimonials
- Lesson ideas
- Forum posts
You grant us:
- A worldwide
- Royalty-free
- Perpetual
- Non-exclusive license
to use, modify, publish, and distribute that content for:
- Marketing
- Educational
- Promotional purposes
You confirm that:
- You own the content, or
- You have permission to share it

They do NOT:

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Inspiration for Kids International and Teacher Emil Antoan shall NOT be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data
- Loss of income
- Business interruption
- Emotional distress
- Personal injury resulting from use of the Platform
Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless:
